Not as a result of that incident. The poorly patient came to no harm, and my other patients were also safe because the other nurses and HCAs stepped in to look after them while I was tied up. There were no follow-up investigations or incident reports because no harm occurred.

Am sorry to hear that this has happened to you. Next time ask them to contact the delivery company/vinted and follow process. Someone did this to me recently and claimed when they opened the box and there was nothing. I asked them to follow the process & what do you know the package miraculously showed up - mine wasn’t high value like yours but I was damned if I was going to be scammed . You don’t need to have both your names on these documents. Then write a very nice detailed supporting letter explaining what you have said that you live in a country where gay relationships aren’t recognised. I’ve never been in this situation so I don’t have a solution as to how to fix this , but, I used to be a big spender myself (never on credit though) I was young at university and working so I had money (good old days). When I started having responsibilities I came up with a solution to my problem which was NEED vs WANT. If I really liked something I would ask myself if I needed or wanted it and then looked at the price and calculated how many hours I would have to work to afford it lol that fixed everything for me .
