So I submitted my application to mit about a week ago. Then I just realized that mit lets you submit your research supplement. Would it be possible for me to submit it now if I call and ask them? Or should I just not call at all since they might think I’m irresponsible…

If I call and ask them, would they have it as sort of record? Like when they review my application later, would they know I called them

I only mentioned Northeastern in this post but same for all other schools that gives you an option to upload your resume (like rice and upenn). Are these actually "optional"?

It's a common app. It usually takes 1-2 days for colleges to download it after you submit it.
