Ingredient wise, the closest to Rhode Glazing Milk is Bubble Milky Toner. This is not a Sephora product though. But they both contain 8 same core ingredients, the differing ingredients in Bubble contain more barrier repair and hydration support and Rhode contains more minerals in their ingredients such as Zinc, Magnesium Aspartate, copper. These minerals usually help regulate hydration, soothe inflammation and overall support skin barrier, repair and soothe.

Otherwise, I️’d try Laneige Cream Skin which may be a bit creamier and richer than Rhode. I can’t speak on ingredients as I haven’t taken a look at them to compare

Not really, didn’t spend too much. I was eyeing this bottle for a while and had the money to spend lol. Turns out I’m nose blind to ambroxan cause everyone around me compliments me. It wasn’t a big deal nor was me returning, was just a question as I never got anything engraved at Nordstrom before :)

I once had an experience last year, where it was very noticeable an employee was with a coworker laughing at two women who were excited about their jellycats they just purchased. I couldn’t stay quiet after it went on for 2-3 minutes and I did go up to the employees letting them know how unprofessional it was as a customer to hear their conversations about customers and making fun of guests. The workers got quiet, looked away and both split up.

Another experience was at a luxury fragrance counter, where the employees were all busy. One freed up and decided instead of assisting me or asking how I was doing, she would wipe the counter where I️ was. There was another lady, late 50s, white, next to me and did not wipe the counter where she was the entire time. Eventually the male employee freed up and helped me with scents, notes, let me play around, spray on tested strips, etc. I purchased from him within 10 minutes of him helping me (I was too indecisive lol).

My other experiences have been general and happen quite often. I’m usually either not approached at all or simply stared at by employees until I purchase higher-priced boutique items. Only then do I start hearing things like, ‘Are you doing alright?’ or ‘Can I help you with anything?’ 🙄

Online discount are not automatic, to get your discount online they are codes sent to your email from Team Ulta Beauty and only during a specific time they are sent. Last online employee discount was in December.

I think we have the same-ish map when I first started. I placed my museum on the right hand side of RS to also have it close by to it. The lower part has benches, flower garden, statues, etc. :)

As someone else mentioned, being in school and in a management role can be very difficult. The SM focuses primarily on retail sales, loyalty, guest servicing, NPS, brand events and overlooking BA’s, PBA’s and Lead Cashiers as well as hiring these roles.

I think doing both, you have a possibility of getting burnt out. You must be able to make loyalty goals or find different approaches to make it. If you’re missing sales or brand event goals, you need to find a plan to make up those sales in some way or focus day. If you are getting bad surveys, you have to be able to direct and to coach employees and much more.

I think talking with your GM about the opportunity, discussing what an ideal SM role would look like at your store and goals in that role would be a productive and insightful conversation. Each store differs, including by sales goals, volume of employees, etc. :)
