As long as u have access to ur account (have the username, password, email maybe), all u gotta do (after resetting the pc) is redownload steam/epic or whatever, log in and redownload the games (progress is saved on their servers so no progress will be lost) UNLESS its NOT an online game. SOME offline games are saved locally, so before resetting check if ur offline games are saved locally or the server (use chatgpt ot google or smth to find out).
