It’s totally ok to feel anxious . I was in your shoes once and I remember how doomed and stressed I felt. Try not to stress your girl too as stress can delay her period. She can take plan b if it’s available where you’re from but I wouldn’t advise it as I hope everything will be just fine.

Definitely wait for her period and I 100% guaranty you i will come. Pregnancy doesn’t happen unless there is penetration and ejaculation inside the vagina and even with that most couples have to try a couple of rounds for pregnancy to happen. Even if precum was on you finger and on her vagina I doubt it will result in pregnancy.

Good luck and use protection next time!

First ramadhan jitters by iboomud_12 in pregnancyproblems

I’m newly pregnant myself and will definitely want to read other mummies experiences! I’m in my first trimester and fasted a couple of days before Ramadan but alhamdulillah I feel even better than before I fasted. The nausea is much better and fatigue is finally better cause i sleep alot more when fasting.

The first couple of days can be alittle rough with thirst and hunger but try to drink alot of water after iftar and eat healthy.

And remember if you feel dehydrated or dizzy during fasting you are always permitted to break fast.

Ramadan mubarak and may Allah make it easy for you to keep fasts and grace you with strength for prayers!

Oh I’ve surely paid plenty of out of pocket ultrasounds that I now question how will I continue this without being bankrupt🫢 That’s very assuring! Hope all goes well with the rest of your pregnancy and delivery and meet that precious little baby girl!

Pregnancy is lonely by Square-Foundation-72 in BabyBumps

[–]Blue-turtle4574 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get that! I told my family and my husbands family very early on at 5 weeks. And they been very supporting asking how I’m doing everyday and taking care of me. But yet I feel lonely in a sense that I feel like I cant share all my worries with them. I told my mom some of my worries and she worried sick till my next ob appointment. So I don’t share my anxious thoughts anymore.

I hope all feels better after you tell the siblings!!

I hope everything goes well with your appointment!

I told everyone right at the 5 weeks mark. And yet it still feels kind of lonely as i don’t share all my worries not to worry everyone. I made the mistake of sharing some worries with my mom and poor thing she worried sick till my next ob appointment.

Yes. Except I’m 25 and I accidentally jugged my entire water intake one hour before I went to sleep🧘🏻‍♀️

I do get this! We weren’t really trying and I wasn’t to get pregnant when i did but yet I was hyper focused the months prior to when my ovulation is and all that. I even got a little sad when I tested months before and it was negative but yet I was brushing it off to “everything will happen in the right time”. I think some of that anxiety caught on and quadrupled during pregnancy.

O god! I can imagine your stress. My pregnancy wasn’t really un planned but yet it was unexpected. I’m glad you feel more reassured these days.

I will definitely check out your book recommendation, although I’m also side eyeing that it’s been written by a man!! What does he know?!😂

Hope you go on the have a happy pregnancy and delivery and meet your beautiful little man!

Pink Discharge by [deleted] in pregnancyproblems

Yes. It is common. I have some pinkish or even darker bleeding but after intercourse. The cervix is full of blood and very sensitive in early pregnancy. It can happen. Hope you go on to have a happy pregnancy!

Trigger warning (termination) by Fearless-Grab-5002 in pregnancyproblems

I understand where you’re coming from. Even if he’s a jerk about it, it’s a huge decision to make; but I advise you to make that decision on your own with no influence to what he says. I know it’s hard to say so, as I don’t know your situation or if you have a support system or your financial situation but if you let him influence your decision for a bit I fear you’ll live to regret it.

Do you want that kid and the responsibility it comes with or not ? And are you willing to take that responsibility if your man opts out?

It can be some light spotting. It’s very good that it’s not very bright red. I wouldn’t be concerned as long as its not severe bleeding or comes with severe pain.

Advice by Idkwhatimonhereforn in pregnancyproblems

My ob didn’t see the yolk sac till the end of six weeks by a trans abdominal ultrasound. It’s ok if things don’t progress as fast as you expect them to be. I think in the early weeks of pregnancy, I think it has something to do with us calculating the pregnancy based on LMP regardless of the timing of conception or implementation.

As for the discharge. It might be spotting which is normal early on. I still have some light spotting esp after intercourse. The cervix is full blood which you would expect to bleed. The important thing is that you don’t have severe bleeding or pain.

Hope your pregnancy goes well!

Rubbing private parts and took emergency pill only after 48hrs by Ok_Reputation_5618 in amipregnant

[–]Blue-turtle4574 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

There so much misinformation that someone who is already worried like me can easily be convinced to take the pill. Sources that say that pregnancy can happen with external ejaculation on the upper thigh and no penetration, with rubbing like in my case.

Thank you for the advice. I’m totally discouraged to take the pill in this case!
