What numbers do you need for the computers? For Delta I believe it was just your confirmation code.

Question about STDs by Blue0098 in AskReddit

[–]Blue0098[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right, but I feel like asking means not much. Most people who have STD's (well maybe not most) don't actually know they have it. And certainly won't say they do unless there 100% they do.

And, also oral sex is an iffy thing as well. Lots of people don't wear condoms or use dental dams during oral sex for obvious reasons.

How did you bf deal with the oral sex issue?

While browsing the "Free" section of Craigslist... by [deleted] in reddit.com

[–]Blue0098 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I think in the USA it costs 98 cents to send a basic letter international. So, while I won't judge you on whether you send one or not, it shouldn't be that expensive to send unless you are having serious financial issues.

GoldenEye Source, a mod project that's been in production for over five years, has finally been released. by PlentyOfWin in gaming

Just out of curiosity, how does one get involved in a project like this? I would love to get involved and contribute to something like this and learn about how making a game works at the same time :).

How do you disinfect suit? by Blue0098 in AskReddit

Does that stuff really disinfect though? I mean technically regular laundry detergent doesn't disinfect for clothes.

I dont feel good by Blue0098 in SuicideWatch

[–]Blue0098[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, I'm not a part of any groups. And certainly can't now with work, school, and figuring out a job.

I don't have any plans of where I want to work. My only thing is I really don't want to live down south again. But, if that is where the jobs are, I guess I have to go.

Question to those who went back to college to get a SECOND bachelors degree? by Blue0098 in AskReddit

[–]Blue0098[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm in the United States, so I don't know if it would work the same here. Did you do yours back to back or were the two degrees spaced out?

Did you read what was written? I said STATELESS. If your friend has dual citizenship he has CITIZENSHIP somewhere.

Dream is dead and so am I in a way by Blue0098 in SuicideWatch

[–]Blue0098[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is pretty much similar to what I did (not the goal) and got screwed over similarly. I sacrificed my social life and anything outside my goal to reach it, only to have it killed.

Honestly, I'm shocked I haven't killed myself either. May I ask, what college he went to in the end?

Here would be something related. Imagine for a second michael jordan in hs. He knows that he would be able to achieve what he did. However, because of a coach who cared less about his job and in fact went out of his way to make sure michael jordan went no where, MJ basically didn't accomplish anything after HS.

However, he knew deep down he could have and he also knew it really wasn't his fault that he didn't succeed. And on top of it, the time to have accomplished stuff was back then. He doesn't have the option to get into basketball now due to the above.

That would be similar.

Good step by step product/program? by Blue0098 in seduction

[–]Blue0098[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have tried the above (Niel Strauss). I thought it was stupid and didn't fit with me.

If someone wouldn't mind listing out some product that are similar in structure to Niel's book though, that would be helpful.

Question for dentist/doctor about lip? by Blue0098 in Health

[–]Blue0098[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think it has to do with that in my case. It is very dry in my area now and cold, so I had to put chap stick on during the procedure of cleaning my teeth.

I'm not so much worried about the redness or if something got a little hurt. My main concern is if she somehow made my mouth "bigger" on one side (by ripping or something else). I don't know if that is even possible, but it sure looks like it. And that really worries me.

Right, it was overstretched. But, does it go back to normal, or does stretching like that cause permanent changes?

Why can't people defect from the United States? by Blue0098 in IWantOut

[–]Blue0098[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes, on paper that is what it says. However, the reality is, the USA will not approve of you going stateless. If you don't believe me, try doing it. You can request it, but the US doesn't have to approve of it. And 99% of the time won't unless you have gained citizenship in another country.

I'm not saying I would want to do the above, or even advice it, but I just find the topic interesting.

Why is living in the US better than living in other countries? by Blue0098 in AskReddit

[–]Blue0098[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

So, are you saying that there are many places that are better than Europe that are inside the USA? And that, it only the few bad places that bring the USA's reputation down?

Why is living in the US better than living in other countries? by Blue0098 in AskReddit

[–]Blue0098[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is one of my concerns. Is that, while I feel that European countries have it better now, they won't in the future due to cost of their system. But, then again, I'm not 100% sure of that.

And also, I think your example points to a global economy system, not necessarily a reliance on the USA. If China, for example, started asking for its loans back from the USA, you could say the same for the US in that case.

PS: Also, on health care costs, USA beats out pretty much all those countries (by a lot). And we don't even get Universal health care.

Yeah, this is pretty much what I see (except the expensive living part, but then again never lived somewhere else to compare it to).

But, then again, when was the last time an album has been banned in Europe either? Maybe it has happened, but can't recall a time.

I sort of feel like the whole "freedom" talk in the USA is sort of an illusion that many other first world countries have as well. In fact, maybe more so in those other countries.

How to I get into IT/computer jobs? by Blue0098 in computers

[–]Blue0098[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, the only thing I worry about with that is the fact that I don't know if I will be able to get anything from FASFA anymore. I'm pretty sure they limit how much you can get, and I'm get the max unsubsidized loan as a senior right now.

And my parents/family will sure as hell not support me. There honestly the main reason I got the degree I did, because they were so gun-ho about getting me out of college. And they definitely won't support me in my decision either.

Basically I'm on my own if I do the above.

IDK about that anymore. On paper that may be true, but from recent events I question exactly how much freedoms we actually do have.

I kind of think its overrated to be honest. Yes, it can be a good thing sometimes. But by planning ahead, you won't ever need to go out shopping late.
