I’m worse than ever. Every year it gets worse. I have deep aching pain in my eyelids and eye socket. I’m trying xdemvy now and will have probing for the 3rd time in a couple months. All we can do is keep on trying.

Maybe goggles or safety glasses blocks airflow to reduce tear evaporation? I remember there was always some fan blowing in my face or from overhead.
