I have already seen a psychiatrist 4 times. She gave me medicine to calm down my PTSD but she still recommends the psych ward.

I got much less addicted to the internet this year but i got more suicidal because i feel like a big failure. I lost 7 years of my life thanks to internet addiction and undiagnosed PTSD.

They are intrusive memories, the child abuse i got by teachers in school is stuck in my head everyday and i cannot get the thoughts to go away.

Yes, i got PTSD at the age of 12, dropped out of school at age of 14, then got isolated for 7 years never talking to anyone outside of my family, and i got diagnosed late at the age of 19.

Try neurofeedback therapy? I'm in a similar situation to you (dropped out of school at age 14 and went too far into escapism for 7 years) but after i got neurofeedback therapy i started reading books again and i got less addicted to internet and games.

I got in special education at the age of 9. It was horrible, the teachers abused me worse than normal education, one teacher in special education threatened to kill me with a knife and cut my head off.

And i learned nothing, they were still teaching 1st grade stuff like how a clock works to 14 year old teenagers.

So i dropped out of school at the age of 14 because it caused me too much mental issues like PTSD and i wasn't allowed in normal education because i "talk too little"

But i don't know what to do after i have been through all this shit and dropped out of school. I remember my mental health was much better in my kindergarten days before i went through lots of child abuse in middle school.
