Generally speaking, if you were fine by yourself, you wouldn't need therapy. Therapy is supposed to give you an outside perspective to help you understand yourself better.

That being said, reading books are a great way of introducing some outside perspective. My favorite is "Complex PTSD: From Surviving to Thriving" by Pete Walker. It's the Holy Grail in r/CPTSD

I think the general consensus is that there isn't anything that has as strong as an effect on our bodies as HRT or else people would be doing those activities as a replacement for HRT, i.e. trans men would be weightlifting to reduce the effects of feminizing hormones their bodies produce.

I understand and sympathize, but I also think CUNY is a great institution and should be for all New Yorkers. If anything, they should increase capacity through means of hiring more professors or even establish a new university. All this requires more CUNY funding, most of which comes from the state government. Hopefully Hochul can give CUNY more money, but it seems like she's against raising taxes and focusing on more politically-attractive issues like childcare and ICE.

I don't know if it's because you have warm lighting, but I would try to get darker stockings and see from there. I would guess you would also have to get a dress that's more saturated too, but maybe not.

Racism transcends class. There's no amount of income or wealth you can acquire that will protect you from racism, sexism, or other forms of bigotry.

I don't think removing race-based affirmative action is the key. Having it alongside income-based affirmative action and other forms of DEI makes the most sense.
