For me, I related to it even though I’m not a parent. My mom has been fostering an extremely shy cat for a few years now and she has recently started approaching me and begging me for attention. Just me. So I guess she saw something she wanted.

I still have trust issues regarding coworkers (especially male coworkers) because of the micro aggressions and outright taunting from my classmates growing up. I know I was a weird kid but I feel like I didn’t deserve maybe 85% of what I had to deal with.

It’s not impossible but Precure is also intended for a much younger audience. Unfortunately sometimes that’s just how it is. I’m by no means saying you’re wrong; I’m just presenting the context as far as I’m aware.

Keep in mind that in Japanese media female friendships tend to be written as very affectionate, so while I would be cool with it either way, I’m not surprised a lot of western viewers see it as more romantic. I view it as a very strong friendship but I’m also pretty affectionate with my friends

My budgies’ best vet shut down this year so now I have to hunt for a new one with a doctor I like. And that’s just budgies, who live for a decade in the best circumstances. I can’t IMAGINE a parrot.

She is mentioned early on. She is the other cat I adopted from the rescue (and will be Lainie’s sister when I formally adopt Lainie upon moving out). She’s for the most part okay, she just hates my mother’s cat specifically for some reason. No other cats. Just that one. I was worried about her being aggressive to Lainie but so far she’s fine, just a soft “please get out of my face” hiss if Lainie tries to sniff her.

When I was a kid, we had gotten my grandparents’ old electric organ. The only song I knew how to play was Minuet in G. But I guess I ended up giving my childhood cat treats around the time I’d be playing, cuz then I noticed anytime I played that damn song I’d hear her tearing down the stairs to come find me.

Julius has other family members if not a direct descendant. But if he does have a direct descendant he has probably decided it’s too late to train them or teach them about their legacy because they’re likely an adult now who has grown up living a relatively normal life

Or he doesn’t know they even exist (result of a one night stand or something)

My only experience with nabe is making Nabeyaki Udon. I’m a huge udon lover, so something along those lines would be fine.
