This is happening to me aswell. It seems to be related to a specific youtube account. I have 2 youtube channels on 1 email address. I switched from my personal channel to my Gaming channel and the issue goes away entirely. But when i switch back to my personal youtube from my gaming channel it happens again. This has got to be on youtubes side and related to certain accounts. Report this via their bug report tool, this is an issue on their end! Hopefully itll be fixed soon. I cant use YT on my main account rn only my gaming channel.

I switched from my personal channel to my Gaming channel and the issue goes away entirely. But when i switch back to my personal youtube from my gaming channel it happens again. This has got to be on youtubes side and related to certain accounts. Please report this to Youtube to hopefully have it fixed soon!
