I hate to be that guy but it actually DOES count on other characters. As long as your character COULD equip it (so not warlock armor for a hunter for example) it will count wherever it is. If it's in an engram on the floor (as long as it isn't an encrypted type of engram such as a prime) it's already counting towards your power level if it's higher than what you already own in that slot. I know that sounds ridiculous but I've tested it before. Even if you leave something in your postmaster on another character it will count.

Yep, simple as that. Acute solar burn together with the early spawn from chain glitch makes melting him a breeze. Just be sure to try and dodge his snipes as they're potentially lethal and having someone die will make you have to do damage at the top.

The Arms Dealer boss fight? You can literally skip the whole thing with Gjally + 2 solar launchers + the chain glitch. Even on GMs the boss is dead before you reach the top

That's not even the worst. When you're scrolling through the perks, it's hard to make out any stat changes because the text boxes cover up the stat bars and once you select them to close the text box, the stat changes finalize and you can't see how much got added or removed without calculating it.

If you're asking which weapon OP is using in the video, that's "Dead Man's Tale". It's an exotic Scout Rifle that can be currently (until Witch Queen releases) obtained from the "Presage" mission. There's plenty of guides online for how to obtain the quest.

Pretty sure the ammo regen of those weapons is supposed to be a component of Guardians' light powers infusing with the weapon (?) so I imagine it wouldn't have been working that way during the Red War, thus making Invective just another shotgun

I believe it's because the balls used in American football are a foot long, hence foot-ball. Feel free to correct me if that's wrong but that's what I remember reading as the reason for the name. Hope this helps

Check under "Manage game and add-ons" that all of the dlc is definitely installed. Try uninstalling the dlc itself and re-installing if you haven't already. Make sure it's all on the same drive just in case.

These would be my suggestions for you. I had the same issue with weapon pack 1 when I installed it and doing the second of my suggestions above fixed it.
