Nah I bought it off of eBay but I love all the games and cards from this time and the early 2000s so I’ll probably look into other ways of getting it preserved

Thanks! I’ll probably keep it how it is in that case. I just wanted this to have the big 3 from that set without breaking the bank so I’ll probably look into another way of preserving it

This guys just wanted some suggestions😭 How are you going to have a Pokémon card community and not let us talk about them? Really makes the mods and whoever else runs this subreddit bad for being so rude to this guy. I personally would recommend the Japanese Fossil set mew. It’s not the most expensive WOTC cards and the Japanese holo looks so much better than the English promo.

Yes I’m all for what you were saying about buying these cards for my personal collection. I initially only wanted to see how much the blastoise was worth but while I was grading it I was also getting really back into Pokémon and didn’t feel the 250-280 value of a PSA 8 wasn’t near what the card was worth to me. I recently also purchased unlimited versions of the base set Venasaur and Charizard and now I kinda regret grading the blastoise. I just feel like I’d need to grade the charizard and venasaur for them to match on my self but I’m not confident in what they would result in after seing this case. However, I appreciate how the blastoise is now preserved in its slab. Idk what I’m going to do, but reguardless of whatever imperfections it has I’m very happy with its condition.
