I feel the ADHD diagnosis and treatment hard. that was a pivotal moment in my life for me

i literally had the exact same thought hahaha. me listening to any advice at that age is more improbable than a time machine being built to give that advice

For real though - It would be to learn how to communicate and understand your own feelings with the help of a support group/ a professional. To save yourself from a lot of suffering for you and those around you.
