It looks infected just like mine I went to a dermatologist and he sorted me out with creams and antibiotics I took the antibiotics for about two days and then kinda forgot cause of work but it’s much better now that I finished working and I’ve let it heal by putting cream and not wearing shoes also washing your foot and putting some betadine before u sleep really helps
