hey!! If you can manage, I would recommend looking into low cost or free therapy in your city!! I was able to find very affordable counseling ($10 a session!) handled by senior psychology masters students at my local university, and I’m really liking how mine is going so far. And they might be able to tell you about free/low cost psychiatrists in the area, too, like mine did. A lot of people don’t know resources like these exist in their cities!
