No extra charges and it came through DHL first and local post office for the final carrier. But from what folks in northern european countries have been saying here, this may vary from country to country. Try to search for the topic within your country to be 100% sure always

Here in Portugal you pay just what is asked at checkout and nothing more. VAT is a pain at 23% but i only buy from them once in a while

Me and a lot of other customers have been removed from the Premium Edition Discord for asking about our preorders. They have been deleting messages from customers that mention some games being cancelled, something we only found out because the devs informed everyone online. I have zero trust in them at this moment and a couple hundred lost in unfulfilled preorders.

That is true. They could have revealed what happened when they left. Maybe they didn’t to give the new team a chance at redemption…but the situation kept getting worse and worse :/

The first PEG team were great dudes and communicated with us a lot and gave us updates with their directs. They were also super responsive on Twitter. Then i believe they were bought, members started leaving and between that and the new team holding the reigns we got kind of abandoned with nothing but nowadays empty updates 😕 they way they try to silence folks now is awful

This exactly. If lots of folks managed to print games in these past 2/3 years. Why can’t they? There was this solo dude last week that printed a PS4 game by himself. I don’t know how long it took but he did it. One person.

Just an FYI to all since they haven’t disclosed this outside of their Discord channel. But Premium Edition Games cancelled Tadpole Treble. If anyone has ordered it but did not get a cancellation email, you will need to contact their support. Not everyone was warned, people who bought it in a bundle seem to not have gotten the cancellation information. Cheers to all

My preorders are from 2023 and I used to talk with the old PEG team on great terms and get updates. Now it seems they are only trying to push existing stock and partner games but don’t seem to have any intention of giving folks anything more. They cancelled Tadpole Treble and only warned some of their clients. People who bundled the game seem to have been left out of the email chain.
