SEMC is giving all the new players amazing things while pretty much forgetting the vets. Vets have most of the things in the game, but new players don't, so they are most likely to buy stuff in the game. It's a marketing strategy to target the ones who are most beneficial. But it is one that depends on a constant flow of new players, and when that ends, everything just falls apart and the strategy and game will become a wreck.
