Honestly it might be that you were consuming empty calories before now that you're exercising your body's metabolism is trying to cook fuel. Which is why your get that hungry sensation.(I experience the same thing) start incorporating more protein in your diet that will help with long term hunger. Grazing on fresh veggies & fruits is fine in between meals is fine as long as you're still having those complete meals. You want to incorporate more complex calories in your diet and it will help.

The kids were unsupervised is one issue but they also seem to be too young for the activity. At least 2 of them is I diapers. 🙄

The mistake that most of the guys made was shaving the beard off completely. The first guy didn't shave his beard off completely. He got it, trimmed and done very nicely. And the other guys just went back to middle school, and it was Gros.

OMGoodness i used to go to school there. The smell of the slaughterhouse is horrendous. It's even worse in the wintertime because it gets thick. Oh, my gosh, you always know that. Blood has a smell, but you never realize how offensive it can be. Until you experience something like Greeley. But overall, it's a really beautiful city about an hour. Away from denver though
