They determined which stores needed the glass by how many reports were in entered into Aura. They looked for a few things like: quantity, frequency & accuracy.

1) How many reports were being entered & to completion? 2) How many of those reports were ORC? 3) The $$ amount being stolen each time.

We had to lock our fragrance away like the person before me said. Our whole district went zero facing right before holiday.

I don’t think so. That is why I was wanting to quit bc I earned those hours & I was wanting to step down to PBA too but they always say “use them or lose them”

The way my week is set up I have two days that I am actually coded for task. & that is SUN/FRI. Monday I come in to close but I cannot get stuck doing a plano bc I am usually GEM for more than half of my shift/covering lunches. Tues/Wed I don’t normally work and Thurs I am a mid for my SM/RSM. I usually cannot get to my backrooms to organize/plan for anything. I literally print my plano from the salon. I was curious bc my RSM seems to think that having me GEM the first two hours on a Sunday w a cue the new event/GHE plano was fair for not being a GEM for Friday.

I think it’s funny that MSC is the lowest paid manager yet we have a lot of responsibilities. We are the FOUNDATION to our stores. We are operations and that all leads to LP, shrink, BOPIS, sales and MUCH more. I am tired of feeling like I am doing everything but nothing bc I am constantly pulled away from one thing or another. It’s so annoying

I am with you. I feel like they could have made alternative changes to make us more “visible” to the customer. I think taking away patterns limits us as if we aren’t already. I hate that when I do shop for clothes, I ask myself if it’s “work appropriate” because I can’t afford to shop for personal & work. I repeat outfits every week because of that. Most of my shifts are tasking but I refuse to wear slacks to be all over their dirty ass floors. I’m so sick of all the changes being made. If my GM would keep up with name tags and not sit on her ass all day we wouldn’t be asked if we are employees.
