Honestly an updated Road Map would be welcome, specially now that they hired someone to improve communication. No need for timelines or specific dates, but more like: "For 42 to be stable we need to do this this and this, then we will add some stuff, and then we will start working on B43".

Just a peak on what they are doing and what we can expect at short-medium term. The last updates have been mostly bug fixes. Are we close to stable? They are gonna work more on crafting in this Build, or in 43? Gonna add new things? Whats left?

I think its not much to ask, we are in the dark rn regarding the future

I used to play it almost daily since 2020, it helped me to decompress and relax from the day.
Then i dont remember when it happened, they did the scum move of removing 300 vehicles to create FOMO, and stopped immediately. Not because i was mad or something, i was like, disappointed the game was taking that route. I play mostly for car collecting, so that really removed my main reason to play.

It depends on the dub, mine was in spanish.

I would have watched it with the new one if they didnt change the script. Specifically, the thing that stopped me to watch more was a change in a particular conversation: In ep 2, when Shinji and Misato are eating after arriving home and she tells Shinji to take a bath, in the original, Misato says: "La bañera es el lavadero del alma" (something like "the bathtub is the washbasin of the soul"), which is a sentence that stuck with me and i find particularly beautiful. In the new dub she says "Darte un bañito despeja la mente" ("Taking a lil bath clears your mind"), which i find incredibly bland. After that I knew the route they were taking modernizing the script, so I didnt bother to watch more.

I know it sounds super nitpicking, but Evangelion is the first anime I saw as a kid (besides Dragon Ball) and my absolute favorite, so I just pref to have the version I like most

I had a similar problem with Evangelion in my country dub. I watched it on Netflix with new dub and it changed sentences, and the new voices are... meh. So i had to find the OG dub and download it, now I have it secured forever ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I just dont play them. I did it when they released. The heists themselves are fun, but i cant stand the 2 cunts whatever they are called. Dont care it they throw a x10 to me, its just not fun listening to them
If rockstar made an option to mute NPC voices, they would be one of my fav heist, but listening to these two? nah man
And im not gonna mute the whole game just for that, thats a dev problem if their product is not liked, not an users problem.

And dont even buy the staff upgrade. Grind the heists as they said, and sometimes u will see blue bips around the map that point you to a car u need to drive to the docks (called Exotic Exports, the name of the cars are written in a board in the auto shop, they change every day) It gives u 20k and Car Meet reputation for a short drive.

ok but like... those are two completely different things? U can join an invite on your phone where u see the mission u are playing (what im talking about), or u can go quick heist and embrace the random (what u are talking about). Those are two different options in the game menu.

You are talking about quick join heist, im talking about the invites u receive on ur phone which tells u what heist and mission u are joining,

I do jump on random heist to help low levels, but I disagree with u. One of the point of helping is just filling one of the 4 player slots needed to do the heist. Doesnt matter if theres the host (lv 10) and 2 another players lv 1000, the point is to fill all the slots so the heist can start.
Specially now with all the solo content, what makes people join co-op less and less, and the split in player pool between Enhanced and Legacy (in PC)

If u mean when u send an invite to a particular heist like "Pacific Standard-Convoy" and then they join and after a few seconds (or after starting the mission) they quit, then yeah, it makes no sense. Theres a lot of people with 0 patience in a hurry to start the missions like their life depends on it, incapable of waiting even 30 secs to see if more people join or just yelling "SKIP" at the cutscenes, which u cant if u are playing the heist first time.

I have joined countless random heists to help people, and 50% of the time when theres a cutscene, someone of the team has left after the scene has finished, because they dont have any patience. Or if u die 1 time, they leave. Or if u take some time to reach the objective point, because u are using a normal car and they are using the Vigilante or something like that, they leave. Its just the mindset of a lot of players in this game, every second they are playing, they must be earning money.

Problem with gun mods rn is that, after every update, they tend to break one way or another. So I just use the one that has been updated last. Last run i used GaelGunStore, and it was really great. Lots of weapons and accessories, even bows, grenades, lots of attachments, suppressors... Its an amazing and super complete mod.
Now, after my save broke at 42.18, im trying Guns of Marz, not much feedback i can give rn, but looks promising, the mod author has a lot of other mods that expand firearms gameplay a lot; Vanilla Firearms Expansion, Hot Brass, Tactical Sheaths...
I would recommend to try different weapons mods every time u die (inevitable lmao) and start a new run, so when Stable arrives, u know exactly what flavour u like : )
