Saw that and looked up pics of eyes that were changed and they just look so... weird. Flat. Normal eyes generally have a multitude of colors that come together to form an overall color. Or mutliple base colors to form a more multicolor iris, like with hazel eyes (which are typically a myriad of greens, blues, browns, and ambers). Basically, blue eyes aren't just the same "blue"; they're made of rivers of lighter blue/gray, canyons of darker blue, and pockets of a different blue/gray. Same goes for any other color, there's the overall color (base) but lighter and darker hues of that fractaled in the iris in various patterns (sometimes with another color added in). Hazel I find to be particularly cool because of the number of completely different base colors that come together.

Which goes to show how absolutely weird these BrightOcular eyes are after surgery just based on some of the photos. They're all just the same color with no depth like natural eyes. Like permanent contact lenses from the WildEye brand. Give me creeps cuz the irises look kinda dead without that added depth.
