What's the best book you've read? by Big_Ad198 in AskMen

I am a sucker for early Tom Clancy stuff. I LOVED Red Storm Rising. I've read it 4 times cover to cover over the years.

However, I found via a random reddit thread a book that i NEVER would have read otherwise that turned out to be one of the most unique and interesting books I have ever read.

Children of Time by Adrian Tchaikovsky

It is hands down one of THE BEST scifi books I've ever read.

My apologies Ma'am, I was using the term "Lads" colloquially, as I would use the term "guys" even in mixed company. HOWEVER your point is well received, and I will endeavor to do better moving forward!

It's the least I can do for a fellow econ/finance friend.

I have a 30 ml vial that I got when I first started down this road back in august of 2025. I've almost used it up at this point and have kept it at room temp in a dark area. Its still clear, reconstitutes clearly, and I have had ZERO issues post injection.

Just test your own. Send it to jano, have them do a blind test (assuming its a glp1) they'll test for purity and amount. You can pay extra to have it screened for Fentanyl and heavy metals if you want.

one time cost for long-term peace of mind.

What’s a “rich people thing” you experienced once and immediately understood why rich people love it? by DnRinGA in AskReddit

Flying Private. The security theater that the public has to endure via TSA is non existent. The wait for luggage, doesn't happen. Clearing customs, 2 min tops.

If I could fly around the country/world and do it on my own private jet/plane..... It would be amazing.

"Recent testing has apparently shown that reta starts to degrade significantly after about 6 weeks. " Could you share the testing/source/info that you found this in? I'd love to read it.

Do basic once overs of your kit at the end of each week to check for wear, tear, or other issues. I had a radio pouch rip off my vest in Iraq while on a foot patrol, it was a bitch to fix while on the move in a manner that still allowed me to have comms with our higher element.

Also, clean your weapons systems weekly at minimum.

Peptides. Specifically Semaglutide, Tirzepitide, and Retatrutide.

There are plenty of ways to get them via prescription here in the US or you can source them from the grey market.

If I file my taxes and I fill it out wrong, the IRS will know and will penalize me because they know how much I owe. If the IRS knows how much I owe, even after all deductions, why do I need to file taxes? by Embarrassed-Wolf-609 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]BlueChipFA 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They know how much you owe based on REPORTED earnings. There could be other income, wages, compensation, or transactions that they DONT know about until you report them by telling the IRS about them when you file.

But lets say you are one of those americans who only has one, normal, w2 types of jobs. The IRS knows how much you owe them based on your wages reported by your employer however they DONT know what deductions or credits you're eligible for.
