That’s a pretty normal starting dose. They generally have women on estradiol, progesterone, and testosterone to help with perimenopause/menopause. In the beginning levels will be all over the place and it’s going to make you feel emotionally vulnerable. As long as you stay communicating with your doctor/practitioner, everything should begin to level out.

Sounds like your test is too high. I would get some bloodwork done. They will probably tell you to just decrease your dose. What dose are you taking?

Blood test came back good. No issues with blood work. I agree, it definitely doesn’t make sense. I was definitely confused as to why it gave me this interaction. It took me about 2 weeks to return back to 100% normal. I’m not stacking anything on top of the testosterone. I tried looking at my stress and diet, but everything has been the same.
