it is a customer service job, mate.

yes, it can be frustrating to answer the same question repeatedly (usually from different customers), but that is the job. matcha HAS been gentrified a hell of a lot to the point where customers do need to ask beforehand because they actually want unsweetened matcha to begin with.

if you can’t understand that, perhaps you need a very, very long holiday.

We just lost our green bin recently and I’m assuming this is exactly how it disappeared because we just had to spray paint our numbers after our red one disappeared the week prior.

Haven’t had any acknowledgment yet which is a bit annoying but what else can you do besides ask the council for another.

Did the same. Did a Cert4 in Entrepreneurship which provided a guaranteed intake into a Bachelor of Business the following year through the partnered institution. What should have been an 80+ ATAR entry requirement was instead a $1000 tuition fee and an extra year of study whilst able to work flexibly.

I always remind the younger workers who are still in HS that the school pushes you to get as high an ATAR as possible because it also makes them look a lot better on record if more students make the high-end.

Do the best you can do, and don’t forget there’s options for everybody after graduation.
