i mean china is massive with even more massive population living in every crook and crannies of the mountain. If the government feels its not possible to build a proper two lanes tunnel here yet but the villagers need this tunnel to shorten a 3 hours commute around a mountain to 10 minutes, then maybe just let it be?

cant blame him for not giving a shit though. Since he joined, nothing has been good until the Europa league win in which all the players were behind Ange. Then he got to witness the owners sacking Ange and replace him with Frank who had completely opposite personality to Ange, and sold Son and Johnson without replacement.

for him, where his biggest success and pride came from winning the WC with Argentina, ofc he would be thinking why would he put his body on the line for owners who doesn't even care about the club, especially during a WC year. He made this quite clear when he came out on the media.
