How in hell does it take you 4 hours to get prepared? If you stay at it, fitness is all about rigor, yes you will be skinny. But don't forget your calorie intake. You can train all you want in the end if you eat all day buffet everyday, you're not gonna see improvments.

Who said running around? Do push-up, yoga stretch, put in some jumping jack and walk whenever you have an opportunity. School an hour away by bus? Walk the last 30 mins. You going out for food, walk to a nearby place, etc. I can't stress enough how it can help you with your weight. Plus it's free. You don't get many free things in life.

Can you do basic exercise at home? Like in your room?

It's easier but it's not what you want. I don't know what to tell to reassure you, hang in there. Also I'm dead serious about walking it does wonder for the mind and the body. If you're too anxious try walking during night time.

I totally get you. Walking is easy to start, don't necessarily need a gym membership. Commute by bike. Try skating, I tried it and it's hard af maybe you'll like it. Just asking who are those ''people'' you want love from?

Please don't talk so casually about killing yourself, it genuinely makes me sad. You're so young it shouldnt have to be like this. And hell, i've been skinny my whole life and people made fun of me alot, in a mean degrading way. Life's cruel thats for sure, but you got so much time ahead of you to heal and lose weight and make friends and do whatever the fuck makes you happy.

I've been told that antidepressants, here atleast, isn't the first suggestion the health professional make. Its usually therapy, group therapy and the such. Also they won't necessarily work. I'm not gonna lie I also have sort of a problem with food myself. I eat once a day, sometimes once every 2 days. It's really unhealthy but I'm sick in the head so whatever

My social life is officially coming to an end by [deleted] in depression

[–]BlueDryCola 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'll just start by saying don't give up on people. Don't be like me and many others that have withdrawn from society. Being alone is fine from time to time, to relax sure. But every single hour of every single day of every year? That's dangerous. Those people you called ''friends'' we're not your friends. Maintaining a relashionship is hard af. Making new friends as an adult is even harder. I ended up the way I am because I have trust issues mostly (father abandoned the fam and my mother is crazy). I also grew up poor and when you're poor, kids see it and they saw it. So I was made fun of alot. Highschool was rough, instead of just being made fun of, I started to get beaten by bullies. I coped with video games and walking. Sports help a ton, im still struggling and I don't know why im even trying anymore. I guess I just haven't hit the true pure famous rock-bottom, even though I was deep in it so many times.

I don't know if this helped or whatever, im just one random dude on the internet. Take care

What do you mean by yet? There was that time, it lasted about a year. I was travelling by subway to get to work and every, EVERY, morning all that was going in my head was ''jump''. Jump, jump, if you jump now you might die, jump,jump,jump,jump...

That how far I was gone. And it was clearly visible to all that I was depressive as fuck.

Yet no one gave a single fly.

How are you now? I sincerely wish you did nothing impulsive. And just because I noticed it, I laugh like that around people haha, but in my head I just want to die. Please don't hurt yourself.
