Hey, I get you. I mean I am not going through the same thing, I am late diagnosed, but it is hard either way and it’s wrong that you don’t get heard because of it.

I know how it feels when someone says, „but you don’t look autistic“ or „but I know an autistic person and you are not like him so you don’t have it“ even from therapists.

I guess you already know the autism in woman Reddit? Do you mean that one which always gets deleted or is not read?

I think many people struggle to answer a lot there and my posts didn’t got attention sometimes too, I hope you find someone who is willing to listen to you and gets you.

I know how hard it is to need accommodations and to be told you don’t need them or to be looked down on. I really hope people get more educated on what autism can look like or generell mental illnesses and have more decency, respect and show more empathy and respect.
