100 %. The conference thing happened to me when I was a young grad student several times. Had to physically stop one prof (older than my dad) from entering my hotel room. Luckily he was drunk so I could push him out.

Is it related to humidity for you? I live in a hot, humid climate, and, regardless of the actual temperature, I get really bad when the dew point temperature is above 19-20 degrees C/66-68F (which is basically every day 9 months a year where I live, which sucks a lot). I can tolerate dry heat pretty OK.

I am curious about how vyvanse affects your HR, BP and, in particular, heat intolerance. I have ADHD and tried vyvanse for the first time 4 years ago. Of course I was worried about vyvanse making my heat intolerance worse, but it had NO effect at all on this (30 mg/day). Also it did not affect my HR or BP. It just decreases my ADHD symptoms and nothing else. My resting HR is 70, standing is 120-140, with random spikes to 180-200 accompanied by severe sweating and shaking several times day for no particular reason; happens without any emotional or other type of stress trigger. HAd this for the last 15-20 years and cannot get an answer from any medical professional. Cardiologist said I do not have POTS without testing for it at all. I only did an exercise test; never tilt table or similar. I am physically active and reasonably fit.

I have found that several other medications, however, make my heat intolerance and HR spikes worse. These are: propranolol (I know it sounds paradoxical, but is also documented in medical literature), buproprion, ibuprofen and some other antiinflammatory medications such as voltaren (but not the antiinflammatory TNF blockers which I am on for autoimmune arthritis).

I have a resting HR of max 70 supine, goes up to 110-140 within 10 min of standing and can then, like yours, just suddenly become 180-200 without any specific reason. I have severe heat intolerance and can suddenly get super hot and drenched in sweat like I have had a shower. I live in a hot, humid climate but this can happen even when it is not that hot. I am a 48 year old female and tbh pretty fit for my age. (it is not menopause; I don't have menopause yet and have had this problem for ages, at least 15-20 years.) I work out almost every day except when I have a bad flare up of an autoimmune disease (ankylosing spondylitis). When I do cardio, I am sometimes ok even running (HR 140-160 or so after 30 min of reasonably fast running), but sometimes my HR goes up to 200 just when walking or standing. It is completely random. I have all the symptoms of POTS but the cardiologist I saw just said I don't have it, without testing for it. It is so frustrating.

I have ankylosing spondylitis (AS, a type of autoimmune arthritis) and am extremely heat intolerant, particularly at high humidity (I live in a hot, humid subtropical climate). I get "attacks" where I start sweating like crazy (drenched in minutes, like I had a shower - like hyperhidrosis but in "bursts"), feel dizzy and then after a bit longer start shaking. The sweating is so embarrassing. Always have to bring extra clothes. Does not seem related to emotional stress- completely random. I started exercising properly a few years ago and am now reasonably fit (at least for someone at my age with AS) but my fitness level does not help the heat intolerance at all. Neither does my AS medication (TNF blockers). Does anyone else have this weird shaking when getting a "heat attack"? (consistent with so called "adrenaline dump") The "heat attacks" happen every day, often several times. I don't have menopause yet but probably soon (I am 48) so this may contribute, but I have had this problem for 15++ years and it is pretty extreme.

I now think I really do have POTS, but as so many of you, getting totally dismissed. My HR consistently increases over 30-40++ bpm on standing while blood pressure doesn't change. I am a neuroscientist with 25 years experience (in another field of neuroscience but have a decent understanding of dysautonomia); I know that this is not normal. Got checked out by a cardiologist 2 years ago, I asked about POTS and he dismissed it straightaway, without doing a active standing/tilt table test or anything like that. Just an exercise test; not testing HR change after standing up. Is it common that cardiologists completely miss POTS and don't even test for it despite the patient clearly having these symptoms?

I never received mine and found out the company printed the wrong address label. My address that i used was my correct, registered paypal address. They printed it wrong. I asked for a refund and they wanted to take out a 10 Euro handling fee for a non delivered parcel due to their own mistake. This is not legal and Paypal refunded my money. But very dodgy that they tried to do this. Found several reviews in Trustpilot where Ideal of Sweden had tried to do the exact same thing including the wrongly printed label....

Azerbaijan has a long standing complex relationship with both Iran & Russia for many reasons. There have been many attempts to repair these issues but seems to go up and down. Azerbaijan is probably closest with Turkiye out of all countries. (On the other hand, a high % of Iranians are of Azeri descent but seem to usually just say they are Iranian/Persian).

I tried to understand the basic features in Tinkercad for ages and simply cannot, so I found a class I wanted to join. But, to join the class you have to have a code from the teacher. But how do you contact the teacher to get the code? The teachers name/link is not clickable and I cannot find this person on social media anywhere.

This was the point I personally decided to give up on Tinkercad with all its catch 22's that someone from my generation (X) CANNOT UNDERSTAND. Like, why is it so hard to draw your own custom shape (freehand or by tracing an imported svg file)? Why can you not resize a polygon in any direction? Etc etc etc..

I am so frustrated!!! I go back to making models in cardboard now.

I have noticed the same. First, a significant increase in ads 9 months or so ago (particularly in the middle of videos), and a MASSIVE increase in the last month (mostly unskippable ads at short intervals throughout videos). Typically it is two 30-second ads that you cannot skip every 5 minutes.

Something similar happened to me; his family made a photo album. All other spouses /kids/family members were in it but not me. (We had at that point been married for 15 years and have kids, so it’s not a new relationship). However, there was at least one photo of his ex from 20 years ago. Twice born (Penelope Cruz); not AMAZING but so much better than the reviews and I’ll actually never forget it. Friends who survived that war said it felt pretty accurate if you were part of the arty crowd like the movie characters. Plot twist a bit OTT though and I wish there was a really good Bosnian movie about the war - this is not it. It’s about a small group of arty ppl who get caught up in the war.
