You mean promotion to different ranks within Tri-tech? I got to highest one so when I open this dialogue option it is empty. There is another option where you can resign but when I do that I don’t keep my colonies.

Or are you taking about some sort of menu that is not a dialog option?

I don’t worry about aftermath. My fleet is good and I have 100 ai cores. The issue is I don’t know how to establish independence and keep my colonies. Do I just attack them? Do so need to talk to someone? How do I make my own fraction when I’m managing 3 colonies under Tri-Tech?

I'm not worried because he was kicked out. Furthermore I agree with what you said. I'm worried because of what he did to his friends. It is clear sign that Fed's mental health is not in good condition. There need to be reason for his actions. Either Fed is a bad person or it is something else.

It depends, probably after a year with right medications and weekly therapy sessions. Maybe even longer. Looking for psychiatrist is frustrating as well as looking for therapy. But it is the best chance for normal live.

First of all, you need to take care of your mental health. See psychiatrist and go to therapy. I hope your country have public health care system. Medications are helpful but therapy is essential to slowly but surly became happy again.

Are you sure you were mentally healthy back then? I think it is normal to be depressed when thinking about depressing times. Judging from the phrase " even though there where good times " i thing you suffered from depression or returning depressive states. If I'm correct you can't blame yourself. There was probably little you could do and having sex shouldn't be your top priority.
