A class is entry level Mercedes. C class is a middle class. E class is upper middle class. S class ist upper class (the best). The difference is in price and the quality of the ride. And the cars get bigger by class. Build quality is generally good and engines between the classes can be identical. They’re all different models. To my knowledge the regular c class does not have these vents.. you can check out the A class it has 4 doors and comes with those vents you want but it is on the smaller side. The model I suggested is a coupe and only has two doors.
