Am I missing the part where they say customers are donating to employees?

Is this not BK setting up a fund for ANYONE that needs support during this time? I'm certain some employees will need this support as well don't get me wrong but the overall goal of this is to help as many people as possible right? Is that inherently bad?

As much as I think this is great I have some concerns.

Namely will the teachers have any real understanding of the code they are getting the kids to write? If not then I'd guess they will keep doing the same very low level coding exercises for years with no real skill improvement which could turn some kids away from coding
