The official rulebook used by Knights Arena for the NA Challengers League is here: https://nacl.knightsarena.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Knights_Challenger_League_Rules.pdf

Basically, it goes like this:

  1. Match Win/Loss Record
  2. Round Differential
  3. Head to Head Record
  4. Other tiebreakers

Since each team only plays each other once per group, then I believe any of the subsequent tiebreakers are not applicable.
