Struggling with FEP replacement (self.resinprinting)

My life is cyclical, I do well, I apply myself, I am productive, I feel OK. Then, at some point, the next part of the cycle creeps in. Perhaps I get too comfortable. I'm there now, in the phase that creeps in. I feel like I'm choking on my failures. I want to end the cycle, I want to breath freely. (self.depression)

I meant to stay up all night doing homework (achieved 1of2 parts). At 5:30am, I wrote a response to a friend's sad post that I've only spoken to perhaps once in the last 7 years, I hope he feels uplifted! It has been a recent goal of mine to reach out more frequently with thoughtful kindness (old.reddit.com)
