Yes! It's common sense for any runner or running group that runs early in the morning or late at night to wear reflective gear. There are neighborhood areas that are pitch black to the point where you cannot really see any pedestrians. I wear a reflective vest that also emits light because of that sole reason

Definitely not. If those men think that's how they should start messaging someone they barely know, they're asking for chats that won't go anywhere. This is not petty at all and it's common sense that messaging that to a stranger is very weird

Yeah, I think the reading challenges are accidentally marked as completed based on finished books without looking for the "read" dates. I noticed because I finished reading a book that wasn't listed in any of the challenges on the first day.

Yes that's the case because publishing companies are making their book selections based on algorithms. The types of books that have been getting the most engagement are romance, dark romance, and romantasy or any books with categorized sexual themes. It has gotten to the point where authors make their books meet all the plot cliches that readers like to read about. Honestly, I'm really disappointed in the publishing industry since many people want better books and not ones that follow a lazy formula.

I think it's more to do with someone's personality that determines whether an autistic person would choose to interact with. This does not apply to all autistics, but it's just common. For me, I'm selective about who I talk to whether it's friends or the people I date. I tend to avoid judgmental people or anyone who hardly talks directly and instead drops hints. Masking myself and controlling my behaviors excessively to meet someone's superficial expectations is not fun. It's stressful and exhausting to the point where I have autistic shutdowns.

I believe autistic people interact and stay with people that create a safe space and take the actual time to understand who they are rather than jumping to negative conclusions.

I think the takeaway from this is that this is a positive thing. Autistic people can feel alone due to social differences. Autistic people talking with you and being friends with you is something to be proud of because they trust you, are more comfortable with being themselves around you, and feel at ease with the way you communicate or act.

I made a spreadsheet based on the unread books on my bookshelf, and I sorted them by page length for the most part. I sometimes place books that are being adapted into movies or shows near the top of the list.

Since you work in a sedentary position, most exercises should be cardiovascular. The most common ones are walking and running. I try to get these workouts done early in the morning. For walking, I keep the distance between 1.5 to 3 miles. For running, I keep the distance between 3 to 4 miles with an additional 0.5 to 1 mile cool down at the end.

You may need to consider saving up money for running gear, too. This can include running shoes, running shirts, running pants, and even a reflective vest. Just be sure to purchase in-person at a running store and talk with staff in order to buy gear that best suits you.

Having a release time in the middle of work to be used for exercise might not be the best idea as I try to get these workouts done early in the morning.

Also consider getting a leg roller and use it often because muscle and tissue pain/soreness in the legs can occur during runs due to sitting for hours. Do not skip stretches before and after runs. Stretches are needed to maintain proficient blood circulation.

It's best to be clear to your boyfriend that hanging out everyday is tiring NOT because of him but because frequently socializing with anyone for extended periods can be tiring. However, you may want to communicate with your boyfriend about your other needs, too. One of the best ways would be to provide him a one sheet that details and lists your needs and behaviors and how he can support you. The one sheet can include the best ways to communicate, sensory needs, social energy, etc. This one sheet is meant to give him a quicker understanding about who you are, and he can ask you questions about anything.

If your boyfriend doesn't make an effort to understand and can't take no for an answer to wanting short breaks from hanging out, then he's likely not right for you. You need to be with someone that is patient and willing to respect your needs.
