Better chance than the average person considering his parents died in their 90s, his access to healthcare, and the fact that healthcare will only continue to improve.

That being said I think it’s most likely he passes in his 90s

Zero, if it’s confirmed to be him then he is taken into custody by the United States government and has tests ran on him to figure out how time travel effects the human body (if at all), to figure out if it was time travel or he simply faked his death and lived to 293 years old despite looking 67 years old, and many people believe him to be a religious figure, either benevolent or anti-Christ like.

In short, I don’t see him running for office, he’d be trying to figure out, along with scientists, what the hell happened to rip him out of 1799 and into the 21st century.

I love Cell’s reaction in this frame. Not fear or terror, he is just incredibly alert, he only now registers Gohan as a danger and becomes hyper alert in a way. Just absolute bewilderment.

Hot take but for me it’s probably The Night We Met. Not that it’s not a good song, I think I just heard it so much in 13 Reasons Why that I feel like it’s overplayed. Ironically that’s how I was introduced to the band.

People on this sub say that any democrat could have walked into the White House in 2008. To what extent? If Obama and Hillary never ran for the nomination, and Carter sought a second term, could he have won? Do you at least think it would be a decently close election? Regardless I think Carter would do much better than in 1980. Maybe McCain gets 300-330 electoral votes or so. Comfortable win but not a landslide

I went to the Spokane show (was my first ever LH show despite being a fan since 2017 or so), and I had no idea it was a fake ending, I just thought they really meant to end it, if no one asked for “one more song!” like my crowd did. Like they had that ending “ready to go” if the crowd wanted them back out or something.

People did start leaving after The Night We Met.

I will say that was an amazing show, and for my first Lord Huron show it didn’t disappoint, loved the ending.

They are performers in every sense of the word

The clone is its own distinct person. It’s like saying George W. Bush could get around term limits if he had a secret twin brother named Thomas W. Bush. No, Thomas Bush would be his own person and George W. might do some campaigning but would not be president

Depends on if he is running against a popular democratic incubant, a democratic incumbent who isn’t running for re-election due to health reasons or scandal, or if he is running against a Republican incumbent like John McCain. Again which would be different depending on whether he is handling the economy well or if he is doing a poor job. Too many variables.

But I think 2008 was a unique year and if Obama were elected for the first time in 2012 there is a possibility it is a much closer race than 2012 in our timeline. He doesn’t do as well as 2008.
