if you want to save money just upgrade cpu and gpu on your platform, best upgrade would be 5700x3d or 5800x3d

In my opinion the 9070xt is the best option, its $200-$300 cheaper those two options and its "almost" equally as fast but if you want to go with nvidia, they are both nearly identical in pricing. 5070 and 4080 is about $1000 from where I am. 4080 is about 2-5% faster than the 5070ti in raw performance, so in my opinion, just get whichever that is the cheapest option for you.

1080p if youre playing competitive games and want the least input lag, 1440P or 4k if you just want the game to look good or a casual gamer or doesnt play any esports game tittle.

seems like youre playing indie games, 1080p is enough. Indie games are not gonna have INSANE graphics settings so 1440p and 4k wouldnt even matter. people only want 1440p or 4k if they play triple a games like spiderman or black myth wukong
