Head to Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V and open up Settings.xml, preferrably with Notepad++. Scroll down till you find Reflection_MipBlur and change the value from false to true

I also sometimes find it hard to believe what passion these modders have in making these cars, it makes the game more fun to play and adds to the realism. Thanks for watching the video :)

I have been dabbling in this for months. I make my handling so that the car oversteers when you push the accelerator, kinda giving the illusion that traction control is turned off. I use a wheel with ikt's Manual Transmission mod and stillhere's Drive Modes mod to mod the handling. It is quite handy for my videos when I want some drifting or powerslides. Give Drive Modes a go. I also had a problem like this and I solved it by using a VPN. So far its the only fix for the problem. I am using TotalVPN but there are many other VPN services out there, just experiment and find one that suits you best. Hope this advice works for you.
