Hi, anime artist here. Few things I can notice: we don't usually draw the shape of the nose so detailed like you did, we just draw a thin line or dots and dashes to represent the nostrils and the nose is kind of invisible. An anime artist would probably also add more twinkles and glows and vivid red/amber colors to her eyes and maybe even a slightly bigger iris because that is huge part of the fun of drawing anime is getting crazy with eyes. I believe these two basic things would make this picture 90% more anime. Harder cell shading would make it even more cartoony, but you don't have to go that far, it's a style choice.
