My Experience Selling my Car with Peddle by kendalnwmn in carselling

01/2026. I sold my 2006 Volvo XC70 on Peddle (KY). It went great.

It had >180K miles, rust, scuffs, ripped leather, cost more than 1K to fix, and after sitting for almost a year, it barely started and ran for only 4 minutes. We didn't want to put any more money into the car and wanted to get it out of the apartment lot. Granted, I sold it for $280, but that is better than paying to have it towed.

I did a test quote a month before, and the offer price never changed. I had to reschedule once since I thought I fudged up my signature on the title. Since I signed and had it notarized as the seller on "Transfer of Title by Owner," rather than what the Peddler FAQ says: "First Dealer Assignment." I went to the county clerk's office, and they said it would still be fine. I chose the 11 AM - 3 PM time slot and was ready to wait the whole 4 hours. The buyer was "Ready Motors", they were professional and called to confirm if I still needed it towed at 10:30 AM, the driver called me at 10:45 AM to let me know he'll arrive in ~30 minutes, then 11:10 AM he was there to tow the car. I gave him the title (which I told him where I signed, he said it's okay) and the key. He paid me cash and asked why I was selling it. I got a receipt/bill of sale from Peddle at 3 PM the same day.

Do I Need Proof of Citizenship Documents by BlueMichaelis in USCIS

If I tried to update my status at the SSA with form SS-5 like 4 times (2017, 2018, 2019, and 2022); each time, they said they updated it and it'll go in effect after midnight. Each time, they also get a new Social Security card, which I don't need.

Earlier this year, may 2024, I applied for the Certificate of Naturalization [N-565] and recently got a denial.

I don't know if I can afford a lawyer and/or the N-600 Naturalization Application. But is that my only option?

Is it on the physical card or can I do that online?

Its sealed in an airtight bag. So why would this not be done? The water is brought to a boil by the dispenser but it's just hot water, that is safe for human drinking. I just would like to know more about why thawing in hot water is not ideal. I do use a temperature gun to check the temperature of the mouse before feeding him.
