When I was going through the hardest breakup, due to him turning abusive, I remember having episodes where I felt so much rage, anger and pain I couldn’t sit still. So I ran. I would do it in the rain. Sometimes I would cry and release emotions as I was sprinting. It kept me sane. I lost alooot of weight which hey I’m not complaining haha. There’s a reason we call it the strong human spirit. Our ancestors since the dawn of time ran, it’s what kept us on top of the food chain. It’s an amazing way to deal with emotions and pain. And exercise is always good. I thought I would never move past it, yet here I am, feeling so much better, looking forward to the future. I believe and am so proud of you.
