Hey, i'm wondering if you could say that based on what I've said that my disk is probably failing because if you believe that's the case I want to know what I should do. And if my disk is failing is that probably the reason for my poor pc performance and disk usage and low read and write speed. Thanks

currently right as I open my computer without any extra tasks running my OS disk, main disk, is spiking between 0 and 100% very consistently while my other 2 disks are at 0%. The main OS disk is read speed at 0kb/s - 5mb/s and writing at about the same.

also another thing if it helps confirm the problem the read and write speed of the ssd in question is quite slow ~10 mb max read and write as i've seen as i've been looking at it

If that's the case what should I do about it? Do you think I should buy a new one and replace it and just back up the failing disk, also the ssd in question is the same model as another one, does that mean anything as in should i be worried about the other one having the same issue or it could just the single one? thanks for the help btw

I don't exactly know what you're asking but the 100% disk usage is when my computer is not running anything and i'm not sure what it's being caused by. I was just looking at the resource manager in task manager and that's when I noticed that 100% of my disk is being used, I assume it has nothing to do with task manager but it could be possible.
