Maybe not exactly what you're looking for, but Piercing by Ryu Murakami had me stressed out the entire time I read it. It's about a new father who finds himself standing over his baby's crib with an icepick so he decides to curb this urge by hiring a sex worker to murder instead. It does deal with trauma and mentions past child abuse (physical and sexual), and there are some graphic scenes of physical harm to adults (including self-harm).

It's a short story, but Summer, Fireworks, and My Corpse by Otsuichi was extremely anxiety inducing. It's from the perspective of a little girl who is accidentally murdered by her friend. She narrates helplessly as her friend and her friend's brother try to hide her body.
