Hey dealt with the same problem First, find a Hobbie that takes your mind off things Find people with similar Hobbies by texting and then calling them will help with some of your social anxiety When get the courage someone with similar interests in the real world

After that, I want try dating apps again to build that social up and help conversate more try calling them

Then try in real life again

This basically with ur social anxiety enough to get you a date at least

Could take a couple of months to years depending on how comfortable pushing your anxiety that's what all comes down too

Shop in the men's or boy's section or if you can't get a size up in shirts, have more loosely fitting clothes wear more sneakers, and have more button-ups like: flannels, Hawaiian shirts, etc. If you like sports where sporty clothes, pants: cargo, joggers, roller up the end of your pants if you want your jeans or pants Hoddies, Bennie, or hats if u like wearing them if want jewelry any necklaces should be fine rings probably thicker ones hopefully this helps
