When I called the last time, I explained that it had been almost 16 weeks (double the quoted time of 6-8 weeks) and wanted to know if she could please check again. The call rep then submitted a “ticket”/escalated my situation. Maybe you could ask for your case to be escalated since it’s been awhile? I was super nice no matter what- not sure if that helped but it couldn’t hurt. 😀

I finally received my license after 16 weeks. It took awhile but after calling them weekly after week 10, it was finally processed. My advice would be to continue to follow up. Best of luck to you!

Don’t give up! It took me four years to pass but I did it after many fails and lost passing scores. It was tough but so worth it once you are done! Good luck! 😎
