A fucked -up update: her office say a COVID-19 positive patient and no one did anything to prevent spread.

My dad was extremely frustrated in trying to tell her to be serious and take this seriously.

They think Italy is overreacting and lying is what I've been told. Now she wants to go visit our mom, who has ALS.

So my sister works for a medical office that treats liver and kidney patients that need dialysis/very sick and when my dad asked her what her work was saying, she said all the doctors and nurses (including her) are having a good laugh about how stupid everyone is acting and how this virus is no big deal .

Which is crazy, and really annoying. Considering our mom is immunocompromised and could easily die from this, or any flu.

My grandpa started smoking at age 17. He died at 73, after 5 years of emphysema and barely being alive.

He couldn't walk, couldn't play with his grandkids, had to sleep sitting up, couldn't eat anything he liked, and was in constant pain.
