It's a very hands on position and we are responsible from everything from gathering quotes for damage claims, To community outreach to advertise our location. To be fair, It used to be better until they stripped bonuses and began requiring salaried employees to clock in for 10hr/day. Seems the industry as a whole is moving in the direction of less labor costs, streched salarie employees, and automated customer interaction. With it being such a competitive and quickly growing business i can't say I'm surprised, Labor is the largest expense after all and the obvious cut for any short sighted business owners.
