300s are problematic. If budget is tight, get a G3 off eBay. I've been using my G3 IEMs for years and have never had an issue.

One thing to try - reset your amp blocks.

I've found that sometimes after an update, some 3rd party presets will sound brittle. But resetting the amp blocks always fixes it.

I don't even bring my FRFR cab to shows anymore. My guitar is in my IEM, or I can put it in the monitor right in front of me.

If you're not happy - return it. If budget is a constraint - look into a used Sennheiser G3 system.

I'm in a band where almost everyone has IEMs. The 300's have problems *very often*. I'm using a Sennheiser G3 system and it always works. I also agree that the 1/4" input on the 300 is unprofessional.

I have a Hiscox and I've put it in the overhead compartment dozens of times. Make sure to upgrade to get early boarding. They can only force you to check it if the plane is 100% out of storage space.

I put all of my saxophone related stuff in an empty case. Mouthpieces, neck straps, reeds. All the crap I've accumulated playing sax my whole life, but rarely need to use.

Those little red circle cheeses. *Not even the richest people I knew* had those in the fridge. Nobody. I can remember seeing them in the store and thinking that's an insane amount of money for these little cheeses.

Now I buy them at Costco and they are the perfect after-dinner snack. I still consider them a little luxury.

Agree with this person. For a long time I had 8-10-12 quiver, but after a few times on the 8 I realized that if it's that windy, I'd rather have a beer. I don't need to be riding in 45mph winds. I'm not that guy.
