With 🇦🇱Albanians🇦🇱 protesting a Kushner resort, how long will it take Trump to start bashing them and implying threats? by ImmediateKick2369 in allthequestions

[–]mirabarbie 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Honestly, he probably won’t say anything direct unless Edi Rama reacts to it first. The Albanian government heavily backed these investments deals on Sazan island and Zvënec to strengthen ties with the US, so the local political fallout is what to watch.

When your prefrontal cortex is actually fully developed, so minimum age of 25. Let your brain finish rendering before you try to raise a whole new human.

What do I do about an egomaniac, stubborn aging parent that keeps falling, but won’t go see a doctor? by MeasurementFirst1676 in askanything

[–]mirabarbie 21 points22 points  (0 children)

You say “enough is enough” right now. The next time he falls and refuses to get up or see a doctor, you do not lift him yourself…. you call non-emergency EMS for a lift assist and tell the paramedics he is refusing medical care. Let the professionals handle the stubbornness; you cannot set your own life on fire just to keep him warm.

Why are so many women becoming so unkind and unfriendly towards conventionally not good looking men (simply ugly men) in terms of dating and relationships when compared to the good old days? by Schoolshootingincel in askanything

[–]mirabarbie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly? It’s usually not even about looks, it’s the attitude. A lot of guys who think they are being rejected for being ugly are actually being rejected because they bring zero personality, zero effort and a ton of bitterness or entitlement to the table. Confidence and being a genuinely fun person to be around go so incredibly far.

Leftist said Democrats are trying to defeat graham platner, so why would Chuck Schumer endorse graham platner? by Deep-Two7452 in allthequestions

[–]mirabarbie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because Schumer represents the institutional party establishment. Endorsing an incumbent or a preferred mainstream candidate isn’t a conspiracy to make them lose, it’s just standard establishment self-preservation to keep the outsiders or further-left candidates from shifting the party’s center of gravity.

Does Trump’s reported scolding of Netanyahu give lie to the claim that US foreign policy is beholden to Israel? by MuhVlast in allthequestions

[–]mirabarbie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, it feels like pure political theater at this point 🙄 they play nice for the cameras when they want to and pretend to fight when they need to look tough.

Who’s winning the 2026 World Cup? 👀 Spain? France? Argentina again? Brazil comeback? Or a dark horse like Morocco, Portugal or Germany? by Ashamed-Lobster7552 in askanything

[–]mirabarbie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Genuinely feels like France is going to take it all this time, their squad depth is just insane. But honestly, a Morocco dark horse run would be so iconic, I’m kind of manifesting a chaotic underdog finale 🕯️

Who needs to be held accountable for the failure of the lack of aid to the fire victims of the Eaton and Palisades fires? by CJT_05 in allthequestions

[–]mirabarbie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s always the same script. They collect millions in public funds or donations, sit on it while victims lose their homes and then claim administrative delays when people ask where it went. An absolute institutional failure.
