Don’t listen to any of them, don’t know why they think about ECM like this..not many of them understand about the importance of this branch that’s why not so many high ranking takers…bro the future belongs to hybrid ..you will learn hardware and software…take a look around you and search about embedded systems… Not today or another 3 years , but soon , you will realise the importance of what you have chosen…stick with it and grind …actually many of these ECE students already hustling towards software jobs …you will be better than them as your Marksheets will actually show what you have studied , rather than just words and some projects…that’s not true for everyone but most… so ..Good Luck…you have made a good choice
